Service scope
Base64Lens converts bounded UTF-8 text with explicit RFC 4648 settings. It does not parse files, JWTs, MIME, credentials or executable content.
Local data and analytics
Source, output, byte preview, lengths and errors stay in your browser. Optional analytics records only operation, alphabet, padding policy and stable actions.
Independent verification
Base64 is an encoding, not encryption, authentication, compression or sanitization. Verify important output against the receiving system and never trust decoded content solely because it decoded.
